MUNER at WOW Women Motor 2025: A commitment to diversity in the automotive industry

MUNER is proud to continue its support as a patron of WOW – Women Motor, which will take place on March 8, 2025 at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola. The event is a key platform for gender equality and empowerment in motorsport and the automotive industry, bringing together industry leaders, students and professionals for a day of discussions and hands-on experiences.

????A day of learning and inspiration

Morning Workshops:

• High school students will participate in an engaging session organized by BOOM, in partnership with Pirelli and MUNER, to explore gender issues, stereotypes and the meaning of March 8.
• University students will explore careers opportunity in the automotive industry, as well as company values. through an exclusive workshop led by Ferrari.

Afternoon panel discussion:

The second part of the event will feature a conference panel with a diverse group of speakers sharing insights on fostering an inclusive and diverse automotive sector. Among them, MUNER’s Gender and Diversity Empowerment Committee will contribute to the discussion, highlighting the importance of equal opportunities in technical and engineering fields.
