MUNER DRIVES CHANGE – April 4th at DAMA – Tecnopolo Data Manifattura
On April 4, 2025, the second stop of MUNER DRIVES CHANGE dedicated to our students took place at at DAMA – Tecnopolo Data Manifattura (Bologna).
The initiative is part of the training program developed by MUNER’s Gender and Diversity Empowerment Committee to promote inclusion and diversity within the academic and industrial ecosystem of the automotive sector.
The event welcomed nearly 100 international students enrolled in the three MUNER Master’s Degree Programs: Advanced Automotive Engineering, Electric Vehicle Engineering, and Electronic Engineering for Intelligent Vehicles.
The afternoon began with a session titled “Gender Stereotypes in Automotive Visual Culture“, led by Pasquale Fameli, Senior Researcher at the Department of Arts of the University of Bologna. Through an interdisciplinary lens, students were encouraged to reflect on the subtle ways gender norms are perpetuated in communication, media, and marketing within the automotive world.
The second part of the event focused on job interview preparation. Thanks to the contribution of HR professionals from Automobili Lamborghini and Ducati Motor Holding, students participated in a dynamic workshop on how to approach the job market in an inclusive and effective way.
We warmly thank:
- Carlotta Piovesan and Giulia Becattini from Ducati
- Sara Grimaldi and Francesca Poggiali from Lamborghini
This session is part of a broader path aimed at equipping future professionals not only with technical excellence, but also with the awareness and tools to foster a more inclusive workplace culture, which is not only ethical, it’s essential. It improves the quality of outcomes, fosters innovation, and creates value for all stakeholders.
The next stop of the MUNER DRIVES CHANGE program is scheduled for May 9 at Tecnopolo di Modena.
