MUNER at WOW – Women Motor 2025: Driving gender diversity and equity in the automotive industry

On 8 March 2025, MUNER proudly participated in the WOW – Women Motor event at the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Circuit in Imola to celebrate International Women’s Day.

For the third consecutive year, MUNER has supported this initiative, reaffirming its commitment to promoting gender diversity in the automotive and mobility sector.

The event featured a dynamic programme of workshops, conferences and networking opportunities aimed at inspiring young talent.

MUNER’s key contributions:

????Engaging workshops: In the morning, MUNER partnered with BOOM and Pirelli to organise a session for 150 high school students and collaborated with Ferrari for a workshop for 250 university students.
????Panel Discussion: MUNER’s Gender and Diversity Empowerment Committee presented its latest projects, highlighting initiatives aimed at increasing female participation in STEM and automotive careers.
????Scholarship Award Ceremony: One of MUNER’s outstanding students was awarded the ECO Certificazioni S.p.A. – AAE al Femminile “Antonia Terzi – in Memoriam” scholarship, which recognises academic excellence and commitment to the field.
????Signing of the IMOLA LIVING LAB – WOW Women Motor agreement: MUNER officially joined this important initiative, further strengthening its role in shaping a fair and inclusive industry.

This event provided a valuable platform for dialogue and action, featuring inspiring voices from across the automotive and mobility ecosystem.
