F1 in Schools Italy: Applications for the 2024/2025 season open until September 30th!

Applications for the F1 in Schools Italy competition for the 2024/2025 school year are still open until September 30th!

This exciting educational project, powered by MUNER and organized by Innovation Farm in partnership with Dallara, offers high school students across Italy the chance to design, develop and race a miniature air-powered Formula 1 car.

Students aged 14 to 19 are invited to form teams of 3 to 6 participants and take on the challenge of creating their own Formula 1 team from scratch.

This involves not only designing the car using CAD software and aerodynamically testing it using CFD, but also developing a comprehensive business and communications plan. The miniature cars are then built using CNC machines and 3D printers and tested on a 24-meter track.

The competition offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in engineering, teamwork and entrepreneurship, and to work with leading motorsport professionals.

Participants will also have the chance to represent Italy at the F1 in Schools World Finals!
