Admission Call 2026/27 open for NON-EU Students – Electronic Engineering for Intelligent Vehicles
The Admission Call for NON-EU students to the 2026 edition of the Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering for Intelligent Vehicles (EEIV) is now open.
Launched in the academic year 2022/23, the programme offers a cutting-edge educational pathway aimed at training engineers capable of applying electronics, ICT and information technologies to new-generation vehicles, contributing to safer, smarter and more sustainable mobility.
The Master’s Degree is structured into two innovative curricula:
- Autonomous Driving Engineering, focused on perception systems, vehicle automation and intelligent control
- Electronic and Communication Systems, dedicated to electronic architectures, communication technologies and system integration
The programme is fully taught in English and is delivered jointly by:
- the University of Parma (Administrative headquarters),
- the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia,
- and the University of Bologna,
with teaching activities distributed across the three campuses according to the chosen curriculum.
Admission is based on academic merit and an interview aimed at assessing candidates’ motivation and technical background. Applicants are required to hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have adequate knowledge of basic sciences and engineering subjects, and demonstrate English language proficiency at least at B2 level.
The programme also includes internships in companies and research laboratories, project-based thesis activities, seminars with industry professionals and international speakers, and factory visits, offering strong career perspectives within the automotive and mobility sectors.
