???? Women in Transport 2025 – Engineering the Future

The official video of the Women in Transport Summer School 2025 is now online.

Organized by MUNER – Motorvehicle University of Emilia-Romagna, the fourth edition of the Summer School brought together 20 outstanding female students for a week of lessons, seminars, company visits, hands-on activities, and inspiring talks inside the universities and companies that define the Italian Motor Valley.

In this short video, the participants share what made this experience unique, including access to world-class engineering environments, a deeper understanding of career opportunities in the sector and the power of connection between talented young women with the same passion.

The Women in Transport Summer School is a concrete response to a persistent gender gap: across Europe, women are still significantly underrepresented in STEM fields, especially in the automotive and motorsport industries. Creating dedicated opportunities like this means encouraging inclusion.

Our hope? That one day, programs like this won’t be necessary. Until then, we’ll continue to support them with conviction.
