Women in Transport 2026: a new international cohort begins its journey in the Motor Valley

This photo isn’t the story. It’s the beginning of one.

30 women.
Different countries.
Different perspectives.

They didn’t come here just to learn. They came to shape what’s next.

The fifth edition of Women in Transport officially kicked off yesterday, bringing together a new international cohort ready to spend two intensive weeks exploring the technologies, companies and people shaping the future of automotive and mobility.

From university classrooms to R&D centres, from engineering challenges to conversations with industry professionals, participants will experience the automotive ecosystem from the inside – where innovation meets real-world impact.

At MUNER, we believe diversity is not simply a value to celebrate: it is a driver of better engineering, better ideas and better mobility.

Women in Transport was created with this vision in mind: opening doors, building confidence and connecting talented young women with one of the world’s most dynamic automotive ecosystems.

This is only Day One.

Let’s see where the journey takes them.
