Admission Call 2026/27 open for NON-EU & EXTRA-EU Students – Advanced Automotive Engineering

The Admission Call for NON-EU & EXTRA-EU students to the 2026/27 academic year of the Master’s Degree in Advanced Automotive Engineering (Class LM-33) is now open.

The call is reserved to international students requiring an entry visa in Italy (EXTRA-EU) and refers to the International Inter-University Master’s Degree Programme offered within the MUNER – Motor Valley University of Emilia-Romagna network.

The programme is fully taught in English and is designed to train highly qualified engineers capable of working on the design, development and integration of advanced automotive systems, with a specific focus on high-performance cars, motorcycles and innovative vehicle solutions, in close connection with the Motor Valley ecosystem and its leading industrial partners.

The Master’s Degree offers six specialised curricula, allowing students to tailor their educational pathway according to their interests and career goals:

• Advanced Powertrain
• Advanced Motorcycle Engineering
• Advanced Sportscar Manufacturing
• High Performance Car Design
• Racing Car Design
• Off-Highway Vehicle Engineering

The programme is delivered as an inter-university course with:

• Administrative headquarters: University of Modena and Reggio Emilia
• Teaching locations: University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, University of Bologna, Dallara Academy – depending on the assigned curriculum.

The programme adopts a strong learning-by-doing approach, combining lectures with laboratory activities, project work, seminars with industry professionals and internships, offering graduates solid career prospects in automotive engineering, product development and high-performance vehicle design.
