MUNER DRIVES CHANGE 2025 – Second Meeting Announcement

Last week, MUNER officially opened the MUNER DRIVES CHANGE 2025 program with the first keynote held on 24 November by Prof. Pasquale Fameli, followed by an HR Round Table with Giacomo Castellarin (Dallara) and Carolina Borognino (Pirelli).

This year’s DE&I onboarding program consists of three meetings designed to foster awareness, dialogue, and inclusion within the MUNER community:

🗓️ 24 November – Opening lecture by Pasquale Fameli, Associate Professor at the Department of the Arts – University of Bologna + HR Roundtable
🗓️ 11 December – Keynote by Irene Facheris, Expert Trainer in Gender Studies and Writer.
🗓️ 18 December – Closing session with Antonella Gioia, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility – Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. + HR Roundtable

The second meeting will take place on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Modena Technopole, featuring the keynote:
“Gender Alliances in the Fight Against Injustice”
Speaker: Irene Facheris, expert trainer in Gender Studies and writer
Language: Italian, with simultaneous English translation
