MUNER participates in the 10th Interregional Meeting of the European DEBUTING project

MUNER – Motor Valley University of Emilia-Romagna took part in the 10th Interregional Meeting of the European project DEBUTING, held in Bologna and dedicated to the strategic role of gender equality in strengthening the competitiveness and attractiveness of regional ecosystems.

The two-day programme included conferences, working sessions, partner meetings, and opportunities for exchange among institutions, companies, universities, and regional clusters. Discussions focused on key themes such as inclusion, equal opportunities, talent attraction, regional policy strategies, and the complex role of Artificial Intelligence in promoting fairness.

Members of the MUNER Gender & Diversity Empowerment Committee contributed to the event by bringing the perspective of our educational and industrial ecosystem, highlighting the importance of collaboration between universities and companies in fostering a culture of respect, equality, and inclusion.

The meeting was organized by ART-ER and the Emilia-Romagna Region within the framework of Interreg Europe. The 10th Interregional Meeting represents an important step forward to strengthen cooperation both locally and internationally.
