MUNER students at the heart of Formula 1 in Monza

On September 4th, during the Formula 1 Pirelli Gran Premio d’Italia 2025 in Monza, four MUNER master’s students had the chance to live an extraordinary experience as F1 Engineering Scholars.

They were welcomed behind the scenes of the motorsport world, with a guided tour of the Ferrari garage, a hands-on Onboard Camera workshop led by Formula 1’s Senior Onboard Camera Manager, access to the F1, F2, and F3 paddocks, and a walk down the iconic pit lane.

This opportunity is part of the Formula 1 Engineering Scholarship programme, now in its fifth year, which covers tuition and living expenses for selected students, while also offering a placement with a Formula 1 team. Through this initiative, talented young engineers can combine academic excellence with unique professional experiences, strengthening the bond between higher education and the motorsport industry.
