MUNER DRIVES CHANGE: Highlights from a journey towards inclusion

The first edition of MUNER DRIVES CHANGE has come to a close, marking an important milestone in MUNER’s commitment to fostering inclusion, diversity, and mutual respect in the world of advanced automotive education.

Promoted by the Gender and Diversity Empowerment Committee, the initiative included two dedicated learning paths — one for faculty members and one for students — focusing on soft skills, equity, and the value of embracing each person’s uniqueness.

Between February and May 2025, participants attended six sessions led by outstanding speakers:

  • Faculty Path
???? Lorenzo Gasparrini (Independent philosopher and educator)
???? Chiara Xausa (University of Bologna – DIT)
    ???? Silvia Luppi (AVL)
  • Student Path
???? Lorenzo Gasparrini (Independent philosopher and educator)
???? Pasquale Fameli (University of Bologna – DAR)
    ???? Donatella De Vita (Pirelli)

The training covered themes such as bias, stereotypes, and inclusive strategies in educational and professional environments. The goal? Equipping our community with the tools to foster positive change — within themselves, their classrooms, and future workplaces.

This video captures the highlights of that path.

A warm thank you to everyone who joined us in this inspiring journey.
Together, MUNER drives change.
