Women in Transport 2025: Over 80 applications worldwide

The 2025 edition of the Women in Transport Summer School is attracting growing international attention: this year, we received over 80 applications from female students representing more than 35 nationalities, including Italy, India, the United States, Turkey, Germany, Nigeria, Canada, Mexico, Egypt, Brazil, France, and many more.

An outstanding surge of interest that confirms the success of the initiative and the strength of its message: empowering women to pursue their goals and overcome the gender barriers that still exist in the automotive sector, through high-level training and international exchange.

On May 8 and 9, we will conduct online interviews with the candidates who passed the initial selection phase. The final group of participants – made up of brilliant young women from around the world – will be announced by the end of next week.

The Women in Transport Summer School is more than an educational opportunity: it’s a community that grows year after year with the goal of promoting diversity, talent and innovation in the automotive sector.
