Inclusive Perspectives: MUNER DRIVES CHANGE student session at Dallara Academy
On 7 March 2025, the Dallara Academy in Varano de’ Melegari (Parma) hosted a dynamic session as part of the MUNER DRIVES CHANGE training program: the first event in the cycle dedicated exclusively to MUNER students.
Entitled “Understanding March 8: International Women’s Day“, the event offered a shared moment of reflection on gender issues, emphasising that this day is a call to reflection rather than a celebration.
Philosopher and educator Lorenzo Gasparrini led the discussion, inviting participants to rethink traditional gender roles and envision a more inclusive future for the automotive industry. The session was opened by Andrea Pontremoli, CEO of Dallara and President of MUNER, highlighting the crucial role of synergy and collaboration between academia and industry in driving innovation and cultural change.
This student-focused session is testament to MUNER and Dallara’s ongoing commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity, and sets the stage for future initiatives throughout 2025. More than 100 MUNER students and over 60 Dallara employees took part in the event at the Dallara Academy on 7 March, reflecting the strong spirit of collaboration that is driving this initiative forward.
