MUNER DRIVES CHANGE: 2025 Training Program Unveiled
MUNER’s Gender and Diversity Empowerment Committee is pleased to announce the launch of the 2025 Agenda for MUNER DRIVES CHANGE, a special training program designed exclusively for MUNER students and faculty.
This initiative aims to promote inclusivity, equity, and cultural change in the automotive and engineering fields.
The program has two distinct tracks: Faculty and Student, each focused on critical topics relevant to promoting gender diversity and addressing stereotypes in the industry.
Highlights of the Faculty Track include
????️ February 4: “Stereotypes, Masculinity, and Inclusive Language” – Lorenzo Gasparrini, independent philosopher and educator
????️ February 11: “Representing Gender Identities in Evolving Language” – Chiara Xausa, professor at University of Bologna
????️ February 18: “Stereotypes, Bias, and Neutral Feedback” – Silvia Luppi, AVL
Student Track highlights include
????️ March 7: “Stereotypes and Inclusive Language” – Lorenzo Gasparrini, independent philosopher and educator
????️ April 4: “Gender Stereotypes in Automotive Visual Culture” – Pasquale Fameli, professor at University of Bologna
????️ May 9: “Diversity policies and professional inclusion skills” – Donatella De Vita, Pirelli
